Set Time Availabilities for services

This feature lets you define when each team member is available for bookings. It ensures your customers see only valid time slots and helps prevent double-booking or scheduling outside working hours.

For example: I have 2 teachers (team member) for service Yoga

  • Create team member 1 (Teacher 1) > set available time from Monday to Friday day > assign him to the service

  • Create team member 2 (Teacher 2) > set available time on weekend > assign him to the service

Steps

1. Open the app > click Services on the left menu > open the service you want to edit

2. In the service detail > Availability > click on the team member name or create a new team member > it directs to team member detail

Another approach: Open the app > click Team member > open the team member detail you want

3. In Availability section, click on a date you want to edit > enter the start time and end time (For example: 8:00-18:00)

4. Select date(s) to apply the time

  • click Monday November 03 2025, to apply the time to a specific date only

  • or click All Monday, to apply the time to all Mondays

  • or click Day or week range > select weekdays or multiple days you want to be available in the time period

  1. Click Save to finish.

Check the result on the front store.

Example:

Let’s say “Sarah Lee” is a stylist who works:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

  • From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Only for the months of June and July (because she will be part-time).

In the settings you would:

  • Check Mon, Wed, Fri

  • Set time 10:00 → 18:00

  • Set “From Date” June 1, “To Date” July 31

  • Save.

If I set the available time from 8:00-18:00 for all days, the time slot on the booking will be: 8:00-9:00, 9:00-10:00, ..... The last time slot of the day will be 17:00-18:00.

(service duration = 1 hour)
