Group appointments
Our app provides you option to allow customers bringing more people when attending the appointment.
This option is enabled by default, a customer can book an appointment once for multiple people.
How it works?
On the booking form, customers will see an “Add Guest” option beneath the service or staff name.
They can select the number of additional participants.
The maximum number of guests is determined by the service capacity.
Capacity Rules
Total participants = Customer + Guests
Maximum guests = Service capacity – 1
Example
Example
Service: Yoga Class Price: $50 per class Capacity: 8 participants
If a customer wants to book the class for a group:
They can select up to 7 guests.
Total participants: 8 people
Total cost: 8 × $50 = $400
Pricing will automatically multiply based on the number of participants.
