Set up email to employees

After a customer books an appointment, the app sends notifications to the employee responsible for that service. There are 5 built-in employee templates:

  • Appointment Approved

  • Appointment Pending

  • Appointment Rejected

  • Appointment Rescheduled

  • Appointment Next Day Reminder

1. Open the app > click Notifications > click Employee tab

  1. In the list of triggers (e.g. “Appointment Approved,” “Appointment Pending”), make sure the checkbox next to the template is ticked

  2. Click the template name to open its editor:

  • Update the Subject line.

  • Modify the Content: you can add text, variables, links, or formatting as needed.

  1. Save the settings
