Add variables to email template

You can personalize your booking emails by inserting Available Variable, placeholders that will be replaced with actual appointment, service, or customer details when emails are sent.

  1. Open the app > click Notifications

  2. Click Employee or Customer tab > select a email template you want to edit

  1. In the Available variables section, click the “eye” icon to expand it > copy the variables you want and manually add it to the email body to display the data

  1. Save the email settings

Tips:

  • You can combine multiple variables in one template.

  • Variables inside the email subject line will also be replaced dynamically.

  • Test your template by clicking Send test email to verify that placeholders render correctly.
