Group appointments

Our app provides you option to allow customers bringing more people when attending the appointment.

If you enable this option, a customer can book an appointment once for multiple people.

Steps to manage

1. Open the app > click Settings > General

2. In General setting > Booking form part > enable setting Allow bringing more people

3. Click Save

How it works?

On the booking form, the button Add Guest displays under the service name/employee.

Customers enable this option and select the number of people they want.

Note:

The guest number (number of people who can join the appointment) is based on the service capacity.

If the service capacity is 10, customers can book for max 9 guests. If the service capacity is 2, customers can book for only 1 guests.
