Set up admin email to receive notification after the service is booked

Steps to mange

1. Open the app > click Notifications

2. Enter email address(es) to the Admin email field

Note: you can add multiple admin email addresses, separate email by comma character, for example: [email protected], [email protected]

3. Click Save

Cc email to admin

You can automatically send a copy of each appointment notification to your admin email address. This ensures you’re always in the loop when staff receive booking updates.

Steps to mange

1. Open the app > click Notifications

2. Click Employee > In the list of triggers (e.g. Appointment Approved, Appointment Pending), click the one you want to CC to your admin.

3. Put a tick to enable Cc email to admin

4. Click Save

What Happens Next?

  • Whenever the selected notification fires (e.g., an appointment is approved), the email is sent to the employee and automatically CC’d to your admin address.

  • You can repeat these steps for any other employee notification templates you’d like to monitor.
