Set up admin email to receive notification after the service is booked
Steps to mange
1. Open the app > click Notifications
2. Enter email address(es) to the Admin email field
Note: you can add multiple admin email addresses, separate email by comma character, for example: [email protected], [email protected]
3. Click Save

Cc email to admin
You can automatically send a copy of each appointment notification to your admin email address. This ensures you’re always in the loop when staff receive booking updates.
Steps to mange
1. Open the app > click Notifications
2. Click Employee > In the list of triggers (e.g. Appointment Approved, Appointment Pending), click the one you want to CC to your admin.
3. Put a tick to enable Cc email to admin
4. Click Save

What Happens Next?
Whenever the selected notification fires (e.g., an appointment is approved), the email is sent to the employee and automatically CC’d to your admin address.
You can repeat these steps for any other employee notification templates you’d like to monitor.
