Show available date when possible

Steps to manage

  1. Open the app > click Settings > General

  2. In Date time > tick on the checkbox Show available date when possible

  3. Click Save

How it works

This option controls which date the booking calendar opens to when a customer first views the form.

  • Enabled → Calendar automatically jumps to the next date that actually has availability.

  • Disabled → Calendar always opens to today’s date; customers must manually navigate to future dates.

For example:

Today is Aug 11, 2025.

You service is available on Sept 1 only.

  • With “Show available date when possible” ON: Customer opens the form → Calendar auto-scrolls to Sept 1, because that’s the next available date.

  • With “Show available date when possible” OFF:

- Customer opens the form → Calendar shows May 9, 2025 (today’s date).

- Customer must click the “Next month” arrow (→) until they reach June 30.

This setting ensures your customers land right where they can book, saving them from extra clicks when availability is further out.
