Allow bringing more people

Our app provides you option to allow customers bringing more people when attending the appointment.

If you enable this option, a customer can book an appointment once for multiple people.

Steps to manage

1. Open the app > click Settings > General

2. In General tab > Booking form part > enable setting Allow bringing more people

3. Click Save

How it works?

On the booking form, the button Add Guest displays under the service name/employee.

Customers enable this option and select the number of people they want.

Note: The maximum number of guests allowed depends on your service’s capacity setting.

Example Scenario

• Service Capacity: 10

• Booking: Customer + up to 9 guests

• Price: If your service costs $50 per person, then selecting 2 guests means 3 attendees total.

  • Calculation: 3 × $50 = $150

This feature makes group bookings easy and calculates pricing dynamically based on the number of attendees.
