Notify customers after the appointment is rescheduled

Certainly, you can keep your customers updated on the appointment changes via email notification.

Before approving or rescheduling an appointment, please:

  1. Open the app > click Appointment > click on the appointment you want

  2. In appointment detail > click Reschedule icon

  1. Change the date and time of the appointment > click Done

  1. Tick on the checkbox Send email notification customers > save the appointment
