Configure Customer email template

This guide explains how to configure and customize email templates sent to customers during auction events in your Shopify store.

Steps

  1. Open Tipo Product Auction app > Notifications

  2. Check the boxes for the events you want customers to be notified about:ch to the Customer tab

  • He (she) places a new bid

  • He (she) has won an auction

  • He (she) has lost an auction

  • Someone has placed a higher bid than his (hers)

  • Remind He (her) when the auction is about to start

These triggers ensure customers stay informed throughout the auction process.

  1. Customize the email subject and body

You can personalize the email subject and content using dynamic variables. These variables will automatically populate with real data when the email is sent.
