Inventory Sync Groups

Inventory Sync Groups help you keep product quantities consistent across related items within your store. This feature automatically connects products that share the same stock source.

For example, duplicate listings, mirrored variants, or products sold as separate bundles.

When one product’s inventory changes (such as a sale or restock), all linked products in the same sync group update instantly to reflect the new quantity.

You can:

• Create groups manually or let the app automatically detect matching products using Smart Scan.

• Pause or resume syncing for selected groups.

• Import and export your sync groups for easier management.

This ensures accurate inventory tracking and prevents overselling across all connected listings.
