Switch Between Single-store and Multi-store Mode
You can switch between Single-store Mode and Multi-store Mode anytime in your app settings. Each mode offers different ways to manage your data. It makes sure you understand the change before confirming.
Single Store A single store setup is designed to keep products synchronized within the same store.
Ideal for merchants managing duplicate listings, mirrored variants, or bundled items.
Automatically groups related products and keeps their inventory synced in real time.
Supports bundle tracking.
Allows you to export detailed inventory reports.
Multi Store
Multi-store Mode is built for managing multiple stores.
Perfect for retail chains, multiple online storefronts, or dropshipping setups.
Automatically receives the latest products, collections, pages, blogs, and inventory from the Source Store.
Provides an option to adjust prices for each destination store.
Orders placed in a destination store are automatically sent to the Source Store for processing.

Switch from Single-store to Multi-store Mode
Use this mode if you want to sync data across multiple stores.
Go to Settings in your app sidebar > General > turn on Switch to Multi-store Mode → You’ll see a confirmation popup.
Review the warning message carefully:
All current settings will be reset to default
Any ongoing sync tasks will stop
This action cannot be undone
Click Confirm to complete the change.


Switch from Multi-store to Single-store Mode
Use this mode if you only want to sync one store (no connections to others).
Go to Settings in your app sidebar > Under General, enable Switch to Single-store Mode → You’ll see a confirmation popup.
Review the message:
All connections will be disconnected
All settings reset to default
This action cannot be undone
Click Confirm to finalize the change.
