1. Inventory Group Syncing

Organize related products into groups and automatically sync their inventory. This ensures every product in the same group always reflects the same available quantity.

Example: If “Red T-shirt” and “Blue T-shirt” are grouped together, selling one will automatically reduce the stock of the other.

2. Smart Scan (Auto-Group by SKU)

Automatically scan your store to detect and group products that share the same SKU. This feature saves time and minimizes setup errors. It is perfect for large catalogs.

Example: If two products both have the SKU “TSHIRT-RED-M”, Tipo Sync will automatically place them in the same sync group.

3. Bundle Group Syncing

Keep inventory between master and component products in sync when selling bundles, kits, or gift sets. When a component item is sold, Tipo Sync automatically recalculates and updates the stock of the master product (and vice versa).

Example: If you sell a “Gift Box” bundle containing a “Candle” and “Soap,” selling one “Candle” will reduce the available stock of the “Gift Box” automatically.

Export detailed inventory reports anytime. These reports help you plan restocks, identify slow-selling items, and manage your product performance more effectively.

When an export is complete, Tipo Sync automatically sends you an email containing a download link to your CSV file.
