Adjust product price and sync

The app allows you sync products and product price from Source store to Destination store.

In case the currency of 2 stores (Source store and Destination store) are different, you can set up the price transforming rate.

Step to manage

New connection:

Before connecting, check and select the product information you want to sync here.

1. Open the app in Destination store > click Settings > Product Fields to Synchronize > select Sync option for Price

1. Click Stores on the left menu of the app > click Connect store button

1. Enter the Connection Code obtained from the Source Store (found under the app’s Settings in the Source Store).

For an running connection: Go to the Destinations store, open the app > click Stores > > click on the source store URL to open the connect detail

1. Scroll down to Price mapping & transformations > set up the price and the Adjustment value if you need (optional)

For example:

Source store has currency of GBD

Destination store has currency of USD

1GBP = 1.2527036USD

=> The price from Source store is increased 25% when it is synced to Destination store.

1. Click Save

After the sync runs, please review the results to ensure prices are updated correctly.

If you make any changes to the price transformation rate in the connection settings, kindly let us know. Our development team will then recheck and re-run the sync to ensure your changes are properly applied.

How the sync works?

Example:

• Your source store uses British Pound (GBP)

• Your destination store uses US Dollar (USD).

⇒ To ensure the prices match in real-world value when syncing products, we apply a percentage increase based on the current exchange rate.

Let’s say your product in the source store is:

• Price: £100 GBP

The current exchange rate is:

• 1 GBP = 1.2527036 USD

To match the value in the destination store, we need to increase the source price by 25.27%.

Your $125.27 price in the destination store reflects the same value as £100 in the source.

App Settings (Visible in your screenshot):

• Adjustment: Increase percentage

• Value: +25.27%

• Price Rounding: Optional (e.g., 0.95 will round final price down to end in .95)

These settings automatically convert your GBP prices to USD with real-world accuracy.
