🧩Template Settings
The Template Settings section controls how your related products behave when customers interact with them, and how product images are displayed in the widget.
Redirect to the shopping cart page after adding a product?
Steps
Go to app Settings > General
Tick on checkbox Redirect to the shopping cart page after adding a product
Save the app Settings
When this option is enabled, customers will be automatically redirected to the cart page right after they click “Add to Cart” in the related products section. If disabled, they will stay on the current product page.
Example:
✅ Enabled: A shopper clicks “Add to Cart” on a related product → They are redirected to the cart to review their order.
❌ Disabled: The product is added to the cart, but the shopper remains on the product page.
💡 Enable this if you want to encourage faster checkout. Disable it to allow users to continue browsing related items.
Open related products on a new tab?
Steps
Go to app Settings > General
Tick on checkbox Open related products on a new tab?
Save the app Settings
When this option is enabled, clicking a related product will open it in a new browser tab. If disabled, the product will open in the same tab.
Example:
✅ Enabled: Clicking a related product keeps the current page open while opening the product in another tab.
❌ Disabled: The related product replaces the current page.
💡 Enable this for better user experience, so shoppers can compare products without losing their place.
