# Customize email content

1.  Open the app > click **Notifications**
2. Click **Employee** or **Customer** tab > select a email template you want to edit

3. In the **Available variables** section, click the “eye” icon to expand it  >  copy the variables you want and manually add it to the email body to display the data&#x20;

4. Save the email settings&#x20;

**Tips:**

* You can combine multiple variables in one template.
* Variables inside the email subject line will also be replaced dynamically.
* Test your template by clicking **Send test email** to verify that placeholders render correctly.
