# Admin emails

### Set up admin email to receive notification after the service is booked

**Steps to mange**

1\. Open the app > click **Notifications**

2\. Enter  email address(es) to the **Admin email** field

**Note**: you can add multiple admin email addresses, separate email by comma character, for example: <sale@yourcompany.com>, <sale2@yourcompany.com>

3\. Click **Save**

### Cc email to admin

You can automatically send a copy of each appointment notification to your admin email address. This ensures you’re always in the loop when staff receive booking updates.

**Steps to mange**

1\. Open the app > click **Notifications**

2\. Click **Employee** > In the list of triggers (e.g. Appointment Approved, Appointment Pending), click the one you want to CC to your admin.

3\. Put a tick to enable **Cc email to admin**

4\. Click **Save**

**What Happens Next?**

* Whenever the selected notification fires (e.g., an appointment is approved), the email is sent to the employee **and** automatically CC’d to your admin address.
* You can repeat these steps for any other employee notification templates you’d like to monitor.
