Redirect free bookings to a custom URL
🎯 What this does
If your service is free (no payment required), you can send customers to a page you choose after booking like:
Thank you page
Booking summary page
FAQ / preparation instructions
Membership signup page
🛠️ How to set
Open the app > click Settings > General
In Advanced > find field Redirect URL after free booking confirmation
Enter the page link you want to use. Example: https://yourstore.com/pages/thank-you
Click Save.
⚠️ Note:
This option only works with free service (book without pay), with paid service will redirect to checkout page or cart page.
If left blank, a completed booking widget will be shown by default.
Use a full URL (including
https://). This avoids redirect errors.
