# Redirect free bookings to a custom URL

### 🎯 What this does

If your service is **free** (no payment required), you can send customers to a page you choose after booking like:

* Thank you page
* Booking summary page
* FAQ / preparation instructions
* Membership signup page

### 🛠️ How to set

1. Open the app > click **Settings** > General
2. In **Advanced >** find field **Redirect URL after free booking confirmation**
3. Enter the page link you want to use. Example: <https://yourstore.com/pages/thank-you>
4. Click **Save.**

⚠️ **Note**:&#x20;

* This option only works  with free service (book without pay), with paid service will redirect to checkout page or cart page.
* If left blank, a completed booking widget will be shown by default.
* &#x20;Use a **full URL** (including `https://`). This avoids redirect errors.
