Trial & Billing

  • You get a 7-day free trial when you install the app.

  • You only need to pay on the Destination store (not the Source store).

  • Pricing is based on the total number of variants in the Destination store.

  • After the trial ends, you must select a plan to keep syncing.


⏳ 7-day trial & countdown on Dashboard

When you first install Tipo Sync, your store starts a 7-day trial.

On the Dashboard, you’ll see:

  • Trial status (Trial / Days left / Trial ended)

  • A countdown bar so you know exactly how many days remain

When the trial ends

  • The dashboard shows “Trial ended”

  • You’ll be prompted to Upgrade / Select a plan

  • Sync will not continue until a plan is selected


✅ Which store pays?

You only subscribe on the Destination store.

  • Destination store: choose a plan and pay here

  • Source store: no payment needed

This makes setup simpler when you connect multiple stores.


💰 How plans are calculated (Variants-based)

Your subscription plan is based on the total number of product variants in the Destination store, not only the products you sync.

Why we use total variants Even if you sync only some products, the app still needs to:

  • monitor product changes/events in the store

  • process updates reliably

  • keep syncing accurate and fast

That’s why the plan is tied to store size (total variants).

Example If your Destination store has 7242 variants, you should select the plan that supports up to 10000 variants (for example, the $29.00/month plan if that tier covers it).
